Getting the Heat Right for Bio-Sensors

Smart Control (and the Catch)

We use high-purity quartz for the lamp envelopes. Why? Because outgassing is a dealbreaker. Even a tiny bit of impurity leaching out of the glass can land on your sensor surface and trash the whole thing. We also calibrate the filaments to hit specific spectral outputs. We want the heat to match the absorption peaks of your bio-polymers perfectly. It’s about hitting the target, not just blasting it with heat.
