It drops right in place of standard industrial infrared heaters, but it brings the grit needed for harsh, wet environments. At the heart of it is a high-output halogen element. This isn’t a cozy home heater. It’s built for speed and intensity, delivering focused infrared heat exactly where you need it. Built to Handle the Heat—and the Cold—Without Flinching
The heating element sits inside a quartz tube with a halogen filament. Quartz is tough when temperatures swing fast, so the heater can turn on and off quickly without cracking. The halogen gas inside protects the filament, which helps the unit last longer and keeps the heat consistent over time. On the electrical side, we use an R7s connector. It’s a proven standard for linear tubular heaters in industrial work. It gives you a secure, low-resistance connection that can handle high current without getting hot under pressure. That design makes installation simpler and helps you avoid wiring mistakes, so you’re up and running faster.
Smart Control, Without the Headache
The real standout is the smart integration. We designed the heater to work directly with smart home and industrial control systems, so you can fire it up with one touch from anywhere. This isn’t a flashy trick. It’s practical. It lets you automate climate control in big spaces, cut down on manual checks, and schedule heating around occupancy or process timing. But there’s a trade-off to keep in mind. The onboard electronics that make remote control possible do produce a little heat and draw standby power. So when you plan your setup, make sure the unit has proper ventilation, and factor that standby draw into your energy calculations. The IPX5 rating keeps the electronics protected from water, but they still need airflow to stay within safe operating temperatures.
